Welcome to REFLECTIONS, a class inspired by the teachings of Mirror Work by Louise L. Hay. If you’ve struggled with self-criticism or a harsh inner voice, this is your chance to explore those feelings and meet yourself with the compassion and love you really deserve. Life can be tough on us; you don't have to be tough on yourself.
Led by Cory Bailey-Fernandez, founder of Sage Sanctuary, *REFLECTIONS* invites you to explore your inner voice and uncover the root causes of your self-criticisms. Through the practice of mirror work, we’ll create meaningful change together. You’ll learn to identify limiting narratives and cultivate a kinder, more empowering way of speaking to yourself. By the end of the class, you'll have practical tools to transform your self-talk, nurturing a deeper sense of self-acceptance and love.
