FlowShop

Join us for FlowShop, an evening vinyasa flow "pop-up" class led by Antonia Martinez, featuring a fun peak-pose focus. This class provides a balanced blend of effort and ease, with intelligently layered movements that safely guide students toward the featured posture. Mindful pacing and breath work help release the day and restore clarity, while a calming close supports nervous system regulation and deep rest.

Who is this class for? Everyone! 1st timers, beginners, and advanced yogis are welcome.
What should I bring? Please bring your yoga mat and a water. We will provide the rest.
Cost? $15 via Cash or Venmo. Please pay your instructor directly.
Is registration required? No. Come as you are.
