A visioning spirit kundalini yoga (SKY) session, together we'll harness our powers, strengthen our foundations and take flight.
We'll attune, sing/dance, honor, and stretch with breathwork, mantra, meditation and sound healing experiences throughout... Expect to expand your creative potential, awareness of your highest self and our future self!
