Wilber Care Center presents A purr-fect opportunity for residents to participate in celebrating their feline friends through various cat categories. This whimsical voting event allows cat lovers to engage in friendly competition and showcase the diverse and delightful nature of cats. Categories might include "Most Playful Kitten," "Best Cat Napper," "Most Dapper Cat,"
