Bend and Shape is a brand-new class by Chrome Dance, designed to help you tone up, build strength, and improve flexibility and mobility. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, this class will support your progress.

Over six weeks, we’ll focus on all aspects of flexibility, including splits and backbends, while also strengthening key muscles to enhance joint stability. You'll not only develop greater mobility but also build full-body strength through functional movements and tricks along the way.
