Art for Wellbeing

Join us for this gentle, creative workshop which focuses on wellbeing.

Through guided creative exercises inspired by therapeutic art practices, you'll be encouraged to:

• Reflect and unwind through mindful colouring
• Explore emotions and thoughts using colour and different techniques
• Build confidence in your creative voice
• Connect with others in a relaxed, non-judgmental setting

This is not about making "perfect" art — it's about the process, not the product. All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary.

Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and more connected to your inner self.
