Acupressure with Margaret Shuttleworth on Friday 19/9 from 1pm at Sunshine House in Scholes, Wigan

Ladies our Infinite Women sessions in the Wigan area for the month of September will be looking at the topic of Acupressure with Margaret Shuttleworth as our guest speaker.

Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to relieve pain and promote relaxation. It's similar to acupuncture but uses fingers instead of needles.

You can use it at home by finding and applying pressure to these points, potentially helping with issues like headaches, nausea, and stress.

Our sessions last for two hours and cost just £10 for an hour with the guest speaker, refreshments and time for socialising.
