Annas und XiRens gemeinsame Reise begann im Café Korb – wo aus einer spontanen Begegnung eine enge musikalische Freundschaft wurde. Seitdem gestalten sie gemeinsam eine Klangwelt, die von Verbundenheit, Lebensfreude und Inspiration getragen ist.
Nun kehren sie an den Ort ihrer ersten Begegnung zurück und laden zu einem unvergesslichen Konzertabend ein. Das Programm umfasst neu interpretierte Covers, die mühelos zwischen Soul, Jazz, Folk und Pop wechseln, sowie ein berührendes Originalstück. Der Abend entfaltet sich wie eine musikalische Erzählung: Er beginnt sanft, entfacht sich mit kraftvoller Intensität und gipfelt in zeitlosen Klassikern wie „Time in a Bottle“ und „In My Life“.

Die Sängerin Anna Schulter verbindet soulige Wärme mit der Leichtigkeit zeitloser Klassiker wie Joni Mitchell und Simon & Garfunkel. Geprägt von R’n’B-Künstlerinnen wie Lauryn Hill und Jessie J sowie den Klängen der 60er und 70er Jahre, singt sie seit ihrer Kindheit und bringt diese Vielfalt heute mit Leidenschaft und Ausdruck auf die Bühne.

The singer Anna Schulter combines soulful warmth with the ease of timeless classics such as Joni Mitchell and Simon & Garfunkel. Influenced by R’n’B artists like Lauryn Hill and Jessie J, as well as the sounds of the 60s and 70s, she has been singing since childhood and now brings this diversity to the stage with passion and expression.
XIRENAISSANCE:
XiRen ist Pianistin, Komponistin und DJ, deren Musik bereits in The Bachelorette und Temptation Island zu hören war. Ausgebildet sowohl als Schauspielerin (New York Film Academy) als auch als Komponistin (Juilliard), entfaltet sie ihre Stärke besonders im Schreiben von Musik für Geschichten. Ursprünglich in der Welt der Ambient-Instrumentalmusik verwurzelt, leitete Wien eine neue kreative Ära ein: Hier, im Café Korb, komponierte sie ihr Debütalbum Veils – und durch ihr allererstes Lied lernte sie Anna kennen. So wurde Milk + Mercury zugleich eine Heimkehr und ein Neuanfang.
XiRen is a pianist, composer, and DJ whose music has been placed on The Bacheloretteand Temptation Island. Trained as both an actor (New York Film Academy) and composer (Juilliard), she thrives in writing music for story. Originally rooted in ambient instrumentals, Vienna ushered in a new creative era: here at Café Korb, she composed her debut album Veils and it was through her very first song, that she was introduced to Anna —making Milk + Mercuryboth a homecoming and a new beginning.
