Thanks to her most famous work, “The Crysopoeia of Cleopatra”, she has confounded and astounded alchemic scholars from all over for the cryptic nature of this treatise on the transmutation of gold. A single paper sheet, covered in only symbols, drawings, and captions, predominantly figuring the Ouroboros, the symbol of eternal return, the infinite circle of life. A snake, biting its own tail, representing life, death and rebirth, standing for unity and wholeness. The essence of vitriol is green, in shades ranging from soft mint to deep emerald, evoking the purity and fresh start of the alchemical process. He was famous for his cabinet of Anatomical Machines, monstrous artifacts depicting the vasculatory human system in the most gruesome details, rumored to be the product of his alchemical concoctions.
