Formed in 2019 in Istanbul and currently based in Ankara, Ductape is a darkwave/postpunk duo which have quickly established themselves as an outstanding act in their scene, extensively touring major venues and festivals in more than 30 countries in Western Europe and Latin America. For the first time this year, the band will perform also in the USA, and many cities in Eastern Europe where they have not played before, to meet more of their fans and to present their music to wider audiences.
Even though broadly situating themselves in the darkwave genre, Ductape is an eclectic band drawing inspiration from a variety of styles. The distinctive guitar playing of Furkan Güleray, who also has a background in psychedelic punk and post-rock, adds a characteristic signature to their works, complemented by Çağla Güleray's live synth and her deep vocals, sung in English and Turkish, backed by a strong electronic rhythm section. The band's latest album Echo Drama was published on Swiss Dark Nights. Right now they are on tour supporting IAMX in bigger rooms through europe, which makes the performance at LOT their first vienna headline show!

ZACK ZACK ZACK
The Viennese duo Zack Zack Zack is Yiğit Bakkalbaşi und Cemgil Demirtaş. The band formed in 2019 as an art project for a performance at the art school in Vienna. On February 12, 2021, they released their first music video for the song “Bütün” and immediately attracted international attention followed by the debut album “Album 1” which was released on November 5, 2021. Their second album “Album 2” was released on May 26, 2023 via Trost Records, Vienna/AT. Zack Zack Zack brings fresh music beyond borders and labels inspired by classic synthesizer sounds as well traditional oriental musical instruments reminiscent of their Turkish roots. They have performed in prestigous venues such as Popfest 2021, ORF Radiokulturhaus, Waves Vienna Festival 2022, following by a world tour for Album 2 during 2023-24 when they played for their fans in Japan, Turkey, Austria, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, as well as in Switzerland. In 2024, Zack Zack Zack presented a remix album “Album 2,5” featuring nine influential international acts from the dark-wave and post-punk scene.
