Dich erwartet eine liebevoll gestaltete Kombination aus Meditation, Soundbaden, Tanz, Yoga und tiefster Entspannung. Begleitet von heilsamen Klängen, farbenfrohen Impulsen und wohltuenden Ritualen, öffnet sich ein Raum, in dem du ganz bei dir ankommen darfst.
Charleesa, Singer & Songwriter, beginnt die Klangreise mit ihrem Soundbad, dabei empfängst du heilende Frequenzen von Sonic Entrainment & Resonanz mit einem SynthHealy Generator, Monaural Beats, Klangschalen, Perkussionsinstrumente, Stimmalkemie & Medicine Songs.
Dj Lumenkin, Aura Soma Beraterin, heizt anschließend zum extatischen Tanz bei Space Dance Meditation ein. Bewege dich frei zu transzendenten Rhythmen.
Zwischen den Einheiten verwöhnen wir dich mit wärmender Suppe, frischem Obst und Gemüse und goldener Milch, sodass dein Körper ebenso genährt wird wie deine Seele.
Den Abschluss bildet eine sanfte Yoga Nidra Praxis mit Jenny, die dich tief in die Ruhe trägt. In ihren Stunden ist es ihr wichtig, einen Raum zu schaffen, in dem du dich vollkommen entspannen und fallen lassen kannst. Mit ihrer ruhigen Stimme und klaren Anleitung führt sie dich sanft durch die Praxis, sodass du loslassen, neue Kraft schöpfen und dich mit deiner inneren Ruhe verbinden kannst.
Ein reinigender Saunagang rundet optional den Tag ab.

At its center is the activation of the 3rd chakra, Manipura, the solar plexus, the seat of our inner power, self-confidence, and life energy.
You can look forward to a lovingly crafted combination of meditation, sound bath, dance, yoga, and deep relaxation. Accompanied by healing sounds, colorful impulses, and nurturing rituals, a space opens up where you can truly arrive within yourself.
Charleesa, singer & songwriter, begins the sound journey with her sound bath, where you receive healing frequencies from Sonic Entrainment & Resonance with a SynthHealy Generator, monaural beats, singing bowls, percussion instruments, vocal alchemy & medicine songs.
DJ Lumenkin, Aura-Soma consultant, then invites you to ecstatic movement with Space Dance Meditation. Move freely to transcendent rhythms.
Between sessions, we nourish you with warming soup, fresh fruits and vegetables, and golden milk – so that your body is just as nourished as your soul.
The day concludes with a gentle Yoga Nidra practice led by Jenny, carrying you deeply into stillness. In her classes, she creates a space where you can fully relax and let go. With her calm voice and clear guidance, she gently leads you through the practice, allowing you to release, recharge, and connect with your inner peace.
An optional cleansing sauna session rounds off the day.
