INREALATIONSHIP - a 5Rhythms Workshop with Marcella Panseri
A day to explore the theme of relationships through movement. How do we act, how do we move, what do we do, what don’t we do? What do we bring to the table? How available, unavailable, closed, open are we? How much do we lose ourselves in the other, and how much do we not lose ourselves in the other? How true, naked, can we be, removing masks and strategies? We will explore how relationship move in our life with 5Rhythms maps and we will use especially the second rhythms: Staccato. The one that is related to expression and dialogue and heart and boundaries and fire and connection.
I’m shy, but it doesn’t show.

My back is acting up, but I don’t take much care of it.
I dance, write, and imagine every day.
They tell me I have too much energy. But at 9:00 in the evening I struggle to stay awake.
I live by the sea, I work in the city.
I love art and philosophy.
I’m an Aries with Aries ascendant. But I have the inner world of a Pisces.
I love clarity.
I don’t like ‘guru’, much less those who want to fix me.
I don’t promise anything.
I like to create spaces where everyone is free to explore.
To collapse, to feel like a God, to be alone, to be glued together, to dance a lot or very little.
Spaces where everyone is free to open up or close up, to scream or stay quiet, to be sad or go into ecstasy.
I don’t always succeed, but I try every time.
When I’m not dancing I write.
I teach 5Rhythms and Soul Motion, I hold classes, workshops and I teach in the forst Soul Motion training in Italy. 10 years ago, with Nishta Prem, I founded ConsciousDanceItaly, a space to grow the culture of conscious dance in Italy and train future Soul Motion teachers.
