Tim Barnes is a dancer, DJ, DIY motorcycle mechanic and horse back adventurer with more questions than answers. He uses embodiment as the palette of his artistry and is committed to walking his talk. From a nothing to shout about background, the 5Rhythms practice shook his world in 2012 and offered the opportunity to tune into the beat of a deeper mystery.
Coming to the practice after years of travelling, years of uprooting, years of trying to find himself, the rhythms offered a place of stability and excitement in equal measure. A structure to be unstructured. He believes our bodies are bodies of wisdom, and when we use them as such we can transform and transcend.
