Craniosacral Qi Gong

Exercises and breathing techniques are learned and trained which, among other things, promote energy absorption and storage.

• Activation of the 7 pumps along the spine
• Spinal cord breathing
• We learn about 5 more heart pumps and how we can collect and store the Qi
• The 3 small hearts are activated, the heart function is supported
• 3 additional hearts of the abdominal area are activated by breathing techniques
• Embryonic breathing is learned and practiced, it has a vasodilating effect and the body is supplied with more oxygen
• Another 5 pumps of the pelvic floor are activated, the so-called Chi muscle
