After several years in the making, our cookbook is finally finished ❤️ Join us for a very special evening as we launch A taste of Syria. A collection of cherished family recipes, powerful stories, and the journey of Food for Thought.
Created with love by members of our community, this cookbook celebrates Syrian culture through food, while supporting our mission to create a safe and respectful place for all women.
Event Highlights:
Delicious Syrian tastings showcasing some of the book's recipes
A first look at the cookbook and the chance to take home your own copy
Stories from contributors sharing the meaning behind the meals
Music, community, and a chance to connect with others passionate about making a difference
There will be a buffet of Syrian food and a selection of soft drinks. As per usual, Food for Thought events, all cash donations will go towards the women who have prepared the food.
We can’t wait to celebrate this project with you, through food, stories, and community.
