Breathing Stillness with Erik Iversen

In this workshop we will express ourselves through all of the 5Rhythms to arrive in the sweet softness of stillness.
Within this wave we listen for the presence of stillness within each rhythm, and we will experience a Stillness Wave.
From there we will turn up the volume and listen to the emptiness, feel the space within us and around us and still the mind.
