Earth Diaries - guided walk and nature journaling

Sometimes getting things down on a page can be the best way to process our circumstances, internal or external. On this guided walk we will experience nature and learn about Earth's history in the beautiful setting of Glendalough and Derrybawn. Throughout the walk, through guided journaling exercises, you will be invited to reflect on nature, the Earth, or whatever is coming up for you. Not only will you connect to nature, but the activities are meant to spark creativity.
