Embrace Summer as she is truly meant to be experienced; in a warm cocoon of deep relaxation, love and healing. Let soothing sounds and frequencies wash over and through you, as you float on a sea of tranquility and calm. Be held with divine love, in upmost comfort, whilst floating on a soft bed, wrapped in blankets, with eye mask. To finish, be nourished with hot tea and energy balls.

This in-person event will transport you to a state of deep, natural relaxation, organic inner connection and ultimate peace. This experience will be well recieved energetically by many of us given our frantic and busy life styles. Let the element of water reconnect you to your true inner self and purpose. What to expect

On arrival at our magical location, be welcomed into a comfortable and fully heated indoor space by Rozi. There is parking at the venue.

We will take a few moments to sit in Circle where we will introduce ourselves and intentions for the evening. We will briefly explain the science and alchemy of sound healing through frequency and vibration.

From here, you will be invited into a luxurious and tranquil heated pool on a soft floating bed. We have blankets and eye masks ready for you at your personal comfort and discretion. For the next hour, lay back, close your eyes, and allow yourself to slip into deep relaxation with sound waves and frequencies emitted from Rozi's substantial collection of instruments and percussions. The series of these vibrations will recalibrate and realign your energetic (Chakra) points and system. Our bodies and minds work on many levels, physically and spiritually. These systems are very closely interlinked. Coming back instinctively and intuitively to recognise these aspects and states of ourselves is truly priceless. It is invaluable to allow ourselves back to this age old way of being. Journey to different levels of yourself and explore what arises. Feel sensations of tension, pain and stress move and dissolve away with the water and vibrations.

To finish, come around with delicious tea and nourishing snacks in Circle once more to close. Here we are free and open minded to share our experiences and encounters of the evening.

"I am a Sound Healing Practitioner of 5 years, Shamanic Practitioner of 3, Mother of 2 humans, and guardian of 8 dogs. Sound is everywhere and everything, and my absolute passion. My Sound Healing journey is ever-growing and expanding and a honour and privilege to hold for you in these sessions."

What to wear

You will get wet up to your knees getting in and out of the pool, walking down to the bed on the steps. Therefore, please wear warm, comfortable, loose clothing and change incase of cold weather- we don't want anyone to drive home cold and uncomfortable.

What to bring

• Yourself, possibly a friend who may need something similar to you
• LOTS OF MINERAL / SPRING WATER
• A towel
• A open mind

Preparation

What does preparing for a Sound Bath look like? We highly recommend in the hours leading up to and following our event;

• As much quiet time and self love as possible
• No alcohol
• No smoking
• No recreational drugs
• Clean eating and drinking
• No social media
• No news on the radio/TV/phones

Alcohol, smoking and drugs can alter our centre of balance and true state of being. Your safety and welfare during this experience is of our highest interest. We wish you to obtain the maximum level of self-healing during this session. By being clear in mind and body, our conscious and subconscious states can target anything that is not serving us with more ease. Our bodies and minds know exactly how to be best if we just let go and allow them to do their duty. During this session we will detach from toxic energy - the kind that is attracted and connected to us without us hardly noticing. Social medial such as Facebook and the mainstream news broadcast on TV and radio are top offenders for this, working against the greater good in the grand scheme.
