Fearless and Female - Hands-On Interactive Class:
Join us for a women's / girls only program about living SAFE! Fearless and Female will address age appropriate issues that women face on a daily basis, and give you step-by-step tips and techniques to help you live SAFELY.

Students learn to set healthy boundaries, project a strong body language, and learn basic techniques to escape from attacks. Women will leave this program with knowledge and skills that give them courage, strength, and security.

Dress comfortably and join us for an afternoon filled with fun, laughter, and woman-friendly self-defense skills that will help you become... YOUR OWN BEST PROTECTOR!

*Participants must be 11 years of age or older*
