Latinfest ICT is returning to the heart of Wichitas Historic NorthEnd to celebrate a journey! From the 1st Mexican migrants in the 1800's to the arrival of Latinos into the Air Capital and McConnell AFB, to newcomers that continue the culture and traditions of the rich Hispanic/Latino heritage!
