Jazzercise - Peacefully Planted Series

What To Expect:
Get ready to move and groove with our Jazzercise class, open to all fitness levels! 🎉

Dates: September 4, 11, 18 & 25 📆

Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM⏰

Location: Botanica Gardens- Grand Lawn, located at the back of the garden (indoors if it rains) 🌺

Class Description: Taught by local Jazzercise instructors, this Cardio Sculpt class is the perfect way to shake off stress, stay active and enjoy the beauty of Botanica. Feel lighter, stronger and happier with 40 minutes of heart-pumping dance cardio. Finish class with targeted strength training and stretching. (60-minute class) Please dress in athletic clothes and tennis shoes. Be sure to bring a sweat towel and water! 💪

Details: Please arrive no later than 5:30 PM, as class will start at 6:00 PM sharp. You are welcome to come earlier as your ticket is good for the day, but Peacefully Planted activities will run from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. There will also be live music and wine tastings! 🪴 🍷 🎶
