One Night as a Cidermaker- Hands-On Clinic & Tasting

Step behind the scenes at White Crow Cider for a 3-hour crash course in modern cidermaking. Taste straight from the tanks, compare ciders by age and origin (France, England, United States), and learn the craft from press to pour—then toast your new skills with a flight and a full beverage.

Tickets

$50 per person (*plus ticketing fees)

Each ticket includes a cider flight and one full drink per guest, plus a same-day discount on merch and taproom purchases.

What you’ll do

Tank tastings: Explore how time, ingredients, and place shape flavor.

Guided deep-dive: History, fermentation, sanitation, blending, sweetening, stability, and carbonation—explained step-by-step.

Class blend (groups of 8+): Collaborate to blend and name a small flavored batch; we’ll put it on tap in the taproom the following week.
