GOTR Give Back Event at Unity Yoga Studio

Join GOTR for a Donation Based class at Unity Yoga! 100% of donations collected during registration and at class will support girls in our community! Connect deeply with your body and breath as you move through poses at an intentional slowed down pace. An ideal class for beginners looking for a slower rhythm, as well as seasoned practitioners seeking deliberate integration of movement and breath. At 95 degrees, allow the heat to soften your muscles and enhance your focus as you melt into your practice.
