Get Your “No” Heard: Self-Defense Workshop:

Join Miss Kansas’ Teen, Bella Andra, and founder of She Speaks, for an empowering self-defense workshop focused on assault awareness and prevention. This hands-on class is designed to help participants of all ages find their voice, build confidence, and learn practical safety skills.

• Elementary Class: 2:00–3:00 PM
• Adult Class: 3:00–4:00 PM
