Culinary Workshop: OctoberFeast

Come to Mark Arts to star your Octoberfest celebration with this class highlighting classic German dishes. Two hours of cooking will fly by as you make wiener schnitzel, sausage and braised cabbage, cheese spatzel, flammkuchen - crispy bacon and onion tart - apple strudel and more. This class is the perfect start to October. Beverage recommendations: Kolsch or German-style lager, Riesling.
