In this workshop Sarah with Bloem Botanicals will guide you through blending a medicinal tea unique to your needs. She will take you through the process of building a herbal tea formulation, as well as discuss the benefits and drawbacks of a variety of herbs. A detailed hand-out will be provided, and you will take home your very own unique tea blend.

Sarah Tacoma is the founder of Bloem Botanicals, where herbal medicine meets mind-body awareness. As a clinical herbalist, NLP practitioner, and German New Medicine coach, she supports individuals in uncovering the emotional and biological roots of imbalance. Her work blends botanical remedies with deep inner work, inviting people to heal through understanding rather than fear.
