Mat Pilates on Sunday at 11am! Is coming back, hoping this time helps people get out of bed 🛏️ easier.

In-Person Pilates Classes – Join me for a supportive, small-group Pilates session designed to improve strength, mobility, and posture. Using props like light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls, we’ll blend classical and modern moves to suit all levels. Every class is joint-friendly, adaptable, and focused on helping you feel capable and confident in your movement.
