I am so excited to breathe with you! We heal in community.
We have become so disconnected from our body's wisdom and truth. Join us for this somatic exploration using the breath as the bridge between our brain and body. This 90-min session will include an overview of how the breath directly affects our nervous system and a brief exploration of the vagus nerve with somatic practice, a breathwork journey at your pace, and community sharing and tending.

Breathwork is one of the most powerful modalities in healing. By activating our breath, we can clear stuck and stored energy create change regulate the nervous system somatically release and resource ourselves toward psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being and resilience. We have a chance to expand our awareness, joy, and peace, come home to our body, align with our truth, and empower ourselves. It heightens our capacity to feel to transform to expand. It is where we meet and connect to ourselves more deeply. Breathwork is embodiment. We are gifted our breath to heal.

This is an in-person event at Balanced Energy Studios, 15334 Whittier Boulevard, Whittier, CA. You are encouraged to be in the comfiest clothes and to bring a yoga or other mat feel free to grab a blanket, water, and anything else that feels aligned and supportive like a journal. For this meditative session we will be laying down or rested back fully supported.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time.

Together we will:
-Learn the basics of breathwork and the journey
-Experience the power of your breath in session
-Dive into a q&a and community sharing
Make sure to limit eating around 2 hours beforehand and lessen water intake just before. Feel free to have water to sip on during our session. Lastly, hold such gratitude for yourself in taking this time just for you!
