Self Love Sound Bath Expierence

This Self-Love Sound Bath is an immersive experience using crystal sound bowls and vibration to guide your body into deep relaxation, calm your nervous system, and help you reconnect inward.

This is a space to slow down, release tension, and intentionally choose rest — no experience needed.

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket

Spots are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.

Event Details & Guidelines

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
• Doors will close promptly at 7:05 PM to avoid disrupting the session.
• Guests who arrive late will forfeit their ticket.
• By attending, you agree that the class may be filmed for promotional purposes.
• Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable to another guest with at least 24 hours notice, or credited toward a future class.
