The Whitney Recreation Committee invites all little ghouls, goblins, and superheroes to stop by the Lester Smith Building for some spooktacular trick-or-treating fun!

Come in costume and collect some sweet treats in a safe, festive environment. This event is all about fun, community spirit, and Halloween joy for the kids!
