[FREE] Cooking Class

Whitmore Lake Area Human Services has partnered with University of Michigan School of Public Health's Nutrition and Dietetics program to bring free cooking classes to our community.

This class is being taught by University of Michigan School of Public Health's Nutrition and Dietetics student, Carol Lee!

Carol is a passionate home cook from Taiwan! In high school, she began volunteering with medical teams in underserved areas. In college, she joined the Vegetarian Nutrition Lab and led cooking classes for clinical trial participants. These experiences shaped her mission: to make healthy eating approachable, delicious, and fun. Through this class, she hopes to show that nutritious meals can be simple, joyful, and brighten your day.
