About the event

Me Time Mornings

Treat yourself to some "me time"! Ms. Rhonda will lead Beginner Yoga and mat Pilates classes (alternating) while Mrs. Holly provides supervised activities in the children's area for the kiddos! Limited spaces, call (606) 376-8738 to reserve your spot or for more info!

In January we'll do beginner yoga and enjoy a coffee bar.
The adult class is open to ages 15+.
Mats are provided and there's no fee!
Just bring a towel or small blanket.
