Class description:

We’ll take time to notice the breath, settle the mind, and calm the nervous system, before taking a flowing vinyasa based sequence.

We’ll move with intention, inviting strength and encouraging flexibility, before easing into gentle stretches and welcoming stillness.

You’ll leave feeling nourished, relaxed and hopefully, a little bit more restored in your body, and quieter in your mind.
