Slimming World at West Monkseaton 🌟NO JOINING FEE🌟

Hi everyone!
I’m Adam, and I can’t wait to meet you on a Tuesday. I will be covering a group in West Monkseaton whilst the Consultant recovers from an operation!
I’ve lost 9½ stone, including 5 stone in just 11 months, to reach my target in time for my wedding. I’m also a type 1 diabetic, and thanks to Slimming World, I now take only small amounts of insulin. My last diabetes check-up showed blood results at a non-diabetic level—which is pretty amazing for someone with type 1!
