Yin Yoga with Renee

Join Renee 5:30-6:30pm each Monday for the long, passive stretches of yin yoga. Release tension, and improve flexibility and mobility. The benefits go beyond the physical as the slow nature of the practice helps reduce stress, calms the mind and nervous system, and gives a greater feeling of well-being.
The gentle movements and positions make it perfect for those new to yoga. Open to all fitness levels.
