How do we heal disharmony within our committed, close relationships? How do we reinvigorate relationships that are burdened by the fatigue of conflict? How do we generate understanding and compassion for all beings?
In this workshop, based upon the principles of Non-Violent Communication pioneered by Marshal Rosenberg, Halina and Anya guide participants through strategies for growing patience and loyalty, staying accountable to truth, and expressing our emotions authentically within our close relationships.
After an open-hearted circle discussion, Anya will guide participants in a visualization to help us cement the knowledge that every person is the Divine in human form, which helps us to not take things personally, and develop understanding even in the most difficult disagreements. In summary, this workshop will be helpful for members of our community who wish to cultivate the quality of open-heartedness, a state of being which brings lightness, peace, and deep inner strength during challenging times.
If we can achieve resolve within our closest relationships, the ones that tend to challenge us the most, we will enter into the ultimate peace we are searching for as we begin to see all beings as Divine Spirit.
