Your Foundational Stone: Please bring one single, substantial piece of un-cleansed Clear Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Amethyst, or Black Tourmaline that you wish to dedicate. You can also purchase a new stone at the store.
A Journal & Pen: To record insights and reflections.
Something to Sit On (Optional): We will have seating available, but feel free to bring your favorite meditation cushion or yoga mat for personal comfort.
