Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, un-choreographed dance practice where participants move to music without specific steps, focusing on present-moment awareness and expressing emotions through movement, in a safe, sacred, and sober environment. Our initiative is open to all levels and people. The evenings are facilitated by dancers from the collective on a rotation.
