Get ready, Yukoners — CJUC is hosting its first-ever Synthpop Songwriting Showcase, bringing a fresh burst of neon energy to our winter.
For the past month, Yukon musicians and producers have been writing and creating all-new synthpop + indie-pop tracks specifically for this in their basements, bedrooms, studios, and probably at least one cabin.
Now they’re performing them for one night only – karaoke-style, judge panel, audience voting, awards, the whole shebang.
PLUS, catch local DJs AlpenFlow & Purple Teeth closing out the night!
Come out to support community radio, cheer on Yukon musicians, and enjoy a one-of-a-kind winter music event.
