Mindful Creativity

Spend an hour each month in creativity mode while learning ways to stay mindful during the long winter months. Each session, participants will receive the tools necessary to create a piece of artwork or craft item and will be able to take their item home with them. Participants will also learn techniques that are used in mindfulness practice to combat the winter blues and stressful situations. Join us and get creative, no prior skills or experience are necessary - the learning is part of the fun! Previous participants have enjoyed creating water-color paintings, ribbon wreaths, dried flower bookmarks, and many other activities. Each month's activity will be different and will vary based on supply availability and seasonal themes. Questions?
