Whole Health Deep Dive

Whole Health Deep Dive is an 8-week virtual class focused on different aspects of health. This class will be led by Columbus VA health coach, Armond Goss. The first four weeks start Sep. 3 and then there will be one week off (Oct. 1) and then the second four weeks will resume on Oct. 8
