merengue night! lesson + social dance

join us for MERENGUE night at Rio! featuring dancing AND our local favorite, Los Pinguinos taco truck. 👏

merengue is wonderfully accessible for people with very little or no partner dancing experience and you can’t help but want to dance to the strong beat of this music (also called merengue!).

beginner lesson: 6:45pm
social dance to follow!
$10 cover

please plan to wear smooth-soled, clean shoes or take your shoes off and dance in your socks! very high heels are not recommended unless you are already comfortable dancing in heels.
