Learn to Make Mooncakes!

Traditionally eaten during Mid-Autumn festival, you’ll learn how to make lotus-paste filled mooncakes from scratch with Kristine Hui, a professional fermentation and cuisine specialist. Enjoy making these mini works of art through your choice of an assortment of decorative mooncake presses. Bring two take-out style containers or small cookie tins to carry home your delicious creations. Afterwards, drink tea, socialise and enjoy eating homemade mooncakes. $78/ person.

About the Instructor
Kristine Hui, also known as Miss Brewbird, is a trained brewer and a professional distiller who has made whisky, gin, and liqueurs professionally in distilleries in the UK and Canada. A cuisine specialist overall, Kristine offers dynamic, hands-on classes.
