Great Backyard Bird Count

Join this worldwide community science event by collecting data on winter birds. Simply stop by and spend at least 15 minutes counting the birds at the feeders (from indoors!) and submit your results on the spot. Your data will be compiled as part of this global initiative. Park staff will be available to offer tips on bird identification and methodology. The morning session from 9—11 AM will be at Nescopeck State Park and the afternoon session from 1—3 PM will be at Hickory Run State Park.

No registration required. FREE.
