Beginner Yoga Series

The Beginner Yoga Series is a 3 part course to help support an effective and tailored start to yoga. Specifically designed for beginners, this series covers foundational postures with specific alignment cues for your unique practice. Your questions are encouraged and covered with your teacher at the end of each session.
