Drumming Circle & Sound Healing at Sleights Village Hall

Join me for two hours of self-care. We begin with quiet, calm meditation and optional cacao, followed by your own flow and movement to your chosen drum and ending with a relaxation soundbath. Release, rebalance and reset mind, body and spirit. Be blissfully bathed in the beautiful sounds, frequencies and vibrations of gongs, drum, singing bowls and percussion.
