About Your Teacher
Danya Nonis is a yoga teacher and certified C-IAYT yoga therapist. Living with a body that tends to hold tension and stiffness, she has found fascia release practices essential for cultivating comfort and ease. Her ongoing education in biotensegrity, along with continued training in specialized techniques, informs her trauma-informed and pain-aware approach. Danya is passionate about helping others support their physical bodies and regulate their nervous systems through mindful, therapeutic movement.
Cost $95 for 5 week series (+GST) or $35 drop in + tax
