Weekly 1 Hour Group Silent Meditation

One hour silent group meditation in a secular space that welcomes all walks of life. The center is our labor of love and your presence is deeply appreciated as we share an hour of silence together.

• Meditation cushions / chairs and blankets are provided.
• Please leave your shoes on the shoe rack before proceeding into the space.
• Please refrain from wearing fragrances so as to maintain a neutral environment that is conducive to meditation.
• Please silence your phone.
• Optional donation is appreciated.
