🥬 Make & Take Sauerkraut Workshop at Appalachian Homestead!
Ready to dive into the world of fermentation? Join us for a fun, hands-on sauerkraut workshop where you’ll learn how to turn simple cabbage and salt into a probiotic-packed, nutrient-rich staple that supports gut health and food security.
Each participant will prepare and take home their own jar of sauerkraut to ferment, along with step-by-step instructions and tips for success. This will result in you having your very own jar of sauerkraut for New Years Day!
