Love at First Set
Grab your swolemates and kick off Valentine's Day with Sheldon & Kim! We'll lead you through a heart-pumping 60 minute, total body resistance workout, combining the best of Bodypump and RIP formats. Afterwards we will enjoy light snacks and refreshments. Festive attire is encouraged (red, pink, hearts, etc).

Members are free. Non members pay the drop in rate.
